I designed this dice as a part of my senior thesis project (body meets chair, chair meets body). The class was assigned to make a metal jewel that complemented our chair design. I decided on the idea of an instructional guide to encourage lateral thinking when interacting with the chair.


I modeled the cube in Solidworks and worked with one of the engineering professors to get it CNC’d. After it was cut out, I polished it and used vinyl to sandblast on the graphics.
